thinkhive

Your team's private room.

Shared spaces and private team hives with shared folders. What Steve makes lands in your library, goes to your hive, and your team talks it through. Invite only.

thinkhive is live inside thinkjoin today. Its own home is on the way.

The thinkhive page on thinkjoin: an invite waiting for you, and three hives, Butter Baby team, Factory partners and Studio launch crew, each with its members.
A hive on a phone: the Butter Baby team, its four members, and threads only they can see.
With Steve

Steve's work, straight to your team.

Ask Steve for something. He builds it in thinkspace, the finals come home to your library on thinkjoin.com, and one tap puts them in your hive, where everyone talks it through.

1

Ask Steve, wherever you are

On thinkjoin, by text, by phone, on WhatsApp or on iMessage. The same Steve everywhere, and he remembers the project.

He builds it in thinkspace

Every job gets its own live workspace. Watch it come together: the spec, the 3D master, the numbered drawings, the dieline, the tech pack.

How it all connects

Set up a hive

From a name to a working team, in four steps.

A hive is one place to share and work together: a private room of threads, or a shared folder in your library. Or both.

01

Make a hive

Give it a name and a line about what it's for. Choose Open, so any member can invite, or Locked, so only you can.

The New hive window: a hive name, an optional description, Open or Locked, and Create hive.
02

Invite your team

Add people by @username or e-mail. Their invite waits for them in one place, where Accept joins the hive and Decline removes it.

The Invite to hive window: invite by @username or e-mail.
03

Talk where only members can see

Post threads, vote, comment and attach files. Tap the member count to see everyone inside; the creator is marked.

Inside a private hive: the members, and threads about a carton dieline and shoot notes.
04

Share a folder

A library hive is a shared folder your team adds work to. On any piece of work, press ⋯ then Add to a hive… and everyone in it has it.

The new hive window in the library: a name, who to invite, and Locked Invite.
Or just ask Steve

Say it, and Steve sets it up.

Steve is the mind behind every thinkjoin room. Ask him for a hive folder and he makes it for you. Nothing happens until you press his card.
